Hello and Welcome, My name is Maria and I am the founder of Mia Counselling. I am a Counsellor and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) offering both short and long-term therapy. I work in a gentle and empathic way, offering time and space to work through whatever is troubling you.
What to Expect
I believe that it is important that you find a therapist that you feel at ease with and during our first session we can discuss the issues that are of concern to you and what you hope to achieve.
I will help you focus on what you would like to gain from counselling and work with you to explore any unhelpful patterns of behavior that are keeping you stuck and no longer serving you.
