 Appointments cost £55.00 per 50 minute session ( subject to annual review)

This is individual and varies depending on what issues you bring and we will discuss this at the beginning. Some people have brief therapy of between 8 to 12 sessions, others choose to  stay for longer.
Regular reviews will help determine the length of counselling, but of course you can leave whenever you feel the time is right for you, although it is helpful to have a planned final session before ending. 

Please pay by bank transfer 24 hours before each appointment.

What we discuss remains confidential between us unless I have strong concerns that you might harm yourself or someone else 

Being a member of both the National Counselling Society (NCPS) and the United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysis (UKATA). I adhere to their Code of Ethics and agree to have regular supervision. Although some aspects of client work may be addressed, anonymity is maintained at all times. Clinical Supervisors are experienced Counsellors who have undergone additional specific training in order to oversee the work of Counsellors
